In this state, distractions fade away, and there is a sense of effortless concentration and enjoyment. Being #present allows me to enter this flow state more easily, leading to increased productivity and creativity. 2. Authentic #expression: Art created from a place of presence tends to be more authentic and genuine. By being fully engaged in the moment, I can tap into the #emotions , #intention , #intuition, and personal experiences resulting in work that is rich with meaning and resonance. 3. #exploration and #experimentation: Being present allows me to explore new ideas, techniques, and materials without self-judgment or inhibition. By staying open to the possibilities of the present moment, I can push boundaries, take risks, and discover unexpected avenues of creativity. 4.
