Poised Connections
"Poised Connections" reflects the balance between being an individual and feeling connected to others, showing a sense of potential and calm. The floating figures represent peace and detachment, similar to a meditative state where we find stillness despite the flow of thoughts and emotions. This artwork encourages viewers to think about their own connections, both within themselves and with the world around them. It invites mindfulness, helping people find harmony in the midst of life's chaos and build a deeper connection with their higher selves and the world. As the first of Ragini Ashok's Convergence designs to be displayed, it symbolizes peaceful reflection and unity.

Our juror – George Whitten, Executive Director of the Mansfield Art Center – has this to say about the exhibition:
“…it is the originality and unique vision of the work that truly captures my attention. I am drawn to pieces that exhibit a distinct personal touch and avoid mere gimmicks or commercial appeal. Personal reactions inevitably play a role, and for me, it is the blend of originality, skill, and an elusive quality of ‘magic’ that makes a work stand out… I am thoroughly impressed with the overall caliber of the exhibition and grateful for the support provided by Mindy Tousley. I hope you find the exhibition as inspiring and engaging as I did. Enjoy the show!”
